IN AGRICULTURE:
Sulfur is an important element in proteins and is involved in many of the processes of synthesis in plants. Any obstacles to the availability of this chemical element affect the photosynthesis and synthesis of sulfur amino acids. Sulfur is particularly responsible for the uptake of nitrogen by plants, and therefore its deficiency or delayed uptake weakens the intensity of nitrogen uptake and slows down its circulation in plants. Sulfur nutrition increases the protein content of the grains, as well as the yields in general.
Plants use sulfur throughout the growing season, but this process is most intense at the beginning of flowering. Therefore, we must provide it to the crops just then, so that they can use nitrogen effectively. In the absence of a gram of sulfur, plants fail to absorb 10 grams of nitrogen.
Sulfur is also used in viticulture to control powdery mildew, as well as to regulate the pH of soils.
AS A REPTILE FOR SNAKE:

In the manufacture of synthetic rubber. Sulfur is added to natural rubber. The process is called vulcanization.
